The 270 m2 house has a unique and open plan layout, with high-end technology and furnishings.
The house consists of 4 bedrooms, one of which is an apartment with a small kitchenette (Possibility of separate booking upon request), living room and lounge room, 3 bathrooms, toilet, kitchen and cinema room. The house has a large terrace with a sea view and a separate area with a sauna house, swimming pool and jacuzzi. All rooms are equipped with passive cooling.
It is a luxuriously clean interior with natural tones and materials. Contrast and effect are provided by brightly coloured furniture and furnishings. The use of different stone materials adds texture to the interior.
Bespoke furniture from a variety of reputable brands has been used. Oak veneers have been used for the furniture throughout the house.
The floors in the living areas and bathrooms are covered with high quality stone tiles. In the bedrooms, high quality laminate parquet has been used. Bathroom walls are covered with tiles in timeless modern tones and fitted with Duravit Me by Starck sanitary ware.
